Tumbling 1

Our Tumbling 1 class is perfect for boys and girls eager to learn foundational tumbling skills or those interested in tumbling for cheerleading.


This co-ed class focuses on essential techniques, strength, and flexibility, providing a solid foundation for progressing to higher-level tumbling skills.


Skills Introduced

Floor Skills

  • Forward Roll Stand Up No Hands: Mastering the forward roll and standing up without using hands.
  • Backward Roll Down Wedge to Pike Stand (No Spot): Performing a backward roll down a wedge mat and standing up to a pike position independently.
  • Lunge Handstand Lunge (1 Second Hold): Kicking up to a handstand from a lunge position, holding for one second, and returning to a lunge.
  • Lunge Cartwheel Lunge: Executing a cartwheel from a lunge position and finishing in a lunge.
  • Bridge from Floor 1 Leg Up: Performing a bridge from the floor with one leg extended upward.


Beginner Trampoline Skills

  • Basic jumps (straight, tuck, and straddle jumps)
  • Safe landing techniques
  • Controlled bouncing and body control


Strength & Flexibility

  • Core strengthening exercises
  • Leg and arm conditioning drills
  • Flexibility routines for splits, back bends, and shoulder flexibility


Tumbling 1 is an excellent introduction to tumbling, offering a transformative experience that builds physical abilities, self-confidence, and a love for the sport.

Tumbling 2

Our Tumbling 2 class at is designed for boys and girls who have successfully completed Tumbling 1 or possess equivalent skills. This co-ed class focuses on more advanced tumbling techniques, strength, and flexibility, building on the foundational skills learned in Tumbling 1. It’s ideal for students eager to further develop their tumbling abilities for cheerleading or personal advancement.


Skills Introduced

Floor Skills

  • Back Extension Roll: Rolling backward into a handstand position, then lowering to a standing position.
  • Handstand Forward Roll: Kicking up to a handstand and smoothly transitioning into a forward roll.
  • Cartwheel Step-In Fall to Pike Whip Open: Performing a cartwheel with a step-in, transitioning into a pike fall, and opening out.
  • Power Hurdle Round-Off: Using a power hurdle to perform a strong round-off.
  • Front Walkover: Executing a smooth front walkover on the floor.
  • Back Walkover: Performing a controlled back walkover on the floor.


Trampoline Skills

  • Step, Hurdle, Punch, Rebound: Combining steps, hurdles, and punches to execute a rebound.
  • 3 Broncos to Half Handstand: Performing three broncos and transitioning to a half handstand.
  • Back Handspring Over Barrel to High Plank: Practicing back handsprings over a barrel, ending in a high plank position.
  • Front Flip to Pike Sit on 3 8" Mats: Executing a front flip and landing in a pike sit on three 8" mats.
  • Run, Punch, Stretch Jump to 2 8" Mats: Running, punching, and performing a stretch jump to land on two 8" mats.

Floor Skills

  • Cartwheel Step-In Back Limber: Executing a cartwheel with a step-in, followed by a controlled back limber.
  • Power Hurdle Round-Off Back Handspring: Performing a powerful round-off followed by a back handspring.
  • Standing Back Handspring: Executing a back handspring from a standing position.


Tumble Trak Skills

  • Punch Front Tuck: Performing a front tuck from a punch on the Tumble Trak.
  • Front Handspring: Executing a front handspring on the Tumble Trak.


Trampoline & Vault Skills

  • Standing Back Tuck: Performing a back tuck from a standing position on the trampoline.
  • 3 Consecutive Tuck Opens: Executing three consecutive tuck jumps with open positions.
  • Dive Roll to Stand: Performing a dive roll and landing in a standing position.
  • Back Drop: Performing a controlled drop onto the back.
  • Back Pop Over to Feet: Executing a back drop followed by a pop over to land on the feet.
  • Run, Punch, Open Dive Roll to Crash Mat: Running, punching, and performing an open dive roll to land on a crash mat.
  • Run, Punch Front Layout to Flat Back on 4 Stack: Running, punching, and performing a front layout to land flat on the back on a stack of four mats.
